Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

Online shopping is a trading activity through electronic media where consumers can directly buy goods from sellers via the internet without intermediaries. Online shopping activities can also be done through websites or online shopping sites, social media, and existing online shopping applications. Online shopping activity grows and develops into a modern habit among people. In online shopping activities, there are several driving factors that make people want to make transactions in the form of online shopping, namely service quality, merchandise quality, price attractiveness, perceived risk, time and effort saving, enjoyment. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. In this research, data collection techniques were taken in the form of observation, interviews and documentation.
