ANALISIS KESALAHAN SISWA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SOAL TRIGONOMETRI DITINJAU DARI KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIK SISWA

Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

This study aims to describe the mistakes of students in solving questions on the trigonometric material in terms of mathematical communication skills. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were 26 students of class XI IPA MAN Asahan for the 2020/2021 academic year. The test instrument used in this study is in the form of 2 test questions that refer to indicators of mathematical communication skills, namely 1) Writing mathematical ideas in their own words, (2) Writing mathematical ideas into mathematical models, (3) Linking images to mathematical ideas , (4) Explaining the completion procedure. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that 22% of students made mistakes in answering question number 1, while students' errors in answering question number 2 were 47%..
