PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MEANS ENDS ANALYSIS (MEA) BERBANTUAN GEOGEBRA TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIS SISWA

Abstract


The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the learning model. The influence of the Means Ends Analysis (MEA) learning model assisted by GeoGebra on the mathematical problem solving abilities. The research design class ‘s two group, that’s pretest-posttest design. The population in this study are Xth Class which consisted of 6 classes. The research sample consisted of 2 clases (Xth-3 class and Xth-6) which are taken by random sampling. Xth-3 Class as an experimental class using the Means Ends Analysis (MEA) learning model assited by geogebra and Xth-6 class ‘s as a control class with a direct learning model. After the learning was completed, posttest was obtained with the average score for the experimental class (80,07) and the control class (74,648). The results of the t-test obtained t_count t_table, namely 2,83 1,67, Thus, H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there was an influence of the GeoGebra-assisten Means Ends Analysis (MEA) Learning Model On Studens’mathematical Problem Solving Ablility at Xth class of SMA Negeri 1 Buntu Pane.
