PENGARUH KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA

Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

This study aims to find out how the influence of quality of work life (X1) and work environment (X2) on job satisfaction (Y) of cleaners at the Department of Environment and Cleanliness (DLHK), Karawang Regency. The population in this study was 200 cleaners at the DLHK Karawang district. The research sample was taken as many as 67 samples using the Slovin formula with sampling that is probability sampling with the Accidental Sampling technique. This study uses quantitative data processed with SPSS 24.0 with multiple linear regression models. The results showed that the quality of work life (X1) and work environment (X2) had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) for cleaning officers at DLHK Karawang Regency.
