PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN QUICK ON THE DRAW BERBANTUAN MEDIA INTERAKTIF MICROSOFT POWER POINT TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIS SISWA

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Quick On The Draw learning model assisted by Microsoft Power Point Interactive Media on the Understanding of Mathematical Concepts in Grade VIII students at Adz DzakiWal Hadi IT Private Middle School in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a pretest-posttest research design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII IT Adz Dzaki Wal Hadi Private Middle School. Two classes were randomly selected to be used as research samples. Class VIII-A, consisting of 30 students as a control class, was taught using a direct learning model, while Class VIII-B, consisting of 30 students as an experimental class, was taught using the Quick On The Draw learning model assisted by Microsoft Power Point Interactive Media. The data obtained in this study were in the form of students' conceptual comprehension ability scores which were analyzed by t-test. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the ability to understand the concepts of students who were taught with the Quick On The Draw learning model assisted by Microsoft Power Point Interactive Media was higher than the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students who were taught by applying direct learning models.
