Abstract

Natural resources and human resources are important components to improve the village economy. After making observations in Silo Lama Village, Silau Laut District, there are abundant natural resources. One of the potential natural resources is the coconut plant. This is supported by the large number of Silo Lama Village residents who work as farmers. The community in Silo Lama Village has sufficient potential to produce resource products with local wisdom that have economic value, such as coconut. By improving the quality of human resources in Silo Lama Village, the village economy will increase. For this reason, it is necessary to provide counseling on coconut-based food processing techniques as an effort to increase human resources in Silo Lama Village, Silau Laut District.
